VIVAnews – Telkomvision menargetkan penjualan TV berbayarnya hingga 5 ribu pelanggan baru. Telkomvision pun memanfaatkan Mega Bazaar Computer 2012 dengan memberikan penawaran khusus dengan harga Rp 99.500 per bulan. Dengan paket khusus tersebut, pelanggan akan mendapatkan paket emas dengan 80 saluran televisi setiap hari.
“Kami menargetkan penjualan per hari hingga 1.000 unit selama pameran. Jadi targetnya 5 ribu pelanggan baru,” ujar Gatot B Haryono, Director of Marketing and Sales Telkomvision di JCC Senayan, Rabu, 29 Febuari 2012.
Gatot menambahkan bahwa ini dilakukan untuk mengubah persepsi bahwa TV berlangganan sangat mahal. Ia menggambarkan bahwa dengan Rp 99.500 berarti selama sehari pelangaan dapat menikmati satu saluran dengan hanya Rp 1.235, dengan nilai lebih, yakni tambahan konten berkualitas, baik lokal maupun internasional.
Konten lokal di antarnya channel Arena untuk konten olahraga, Alegro untuk konten musik, Ananda untuk film anak dan Alif TV untuk konten religius yang moderat dan mendidik.
Langkah ini juga untuk menguatkan penetrasi pelanggan TV berbayar. Gatot menambahkan bahwa per Febuari 2012, jumlah pelangan Telkomvision telah mencapai 1,2 juta dalam satu tahun.
Penawaran ini juga dilakukan untuk menggenjot pencapain 2,5 juta pelanggan. Ini hanya berlaku pada 6 bulan pertama, untuk bulan ketujuh harga kembali normal pada Rp 275 ribu per bulan. (eh)

Carnival King cake is the Louisiana pastry offered at Carnival time. It’s a cinnamon-roll like cake which is lightweight and as well as fluffy and on the inside it is stuffed with sugary icing. On the exterior, it is actually iced and / or sprinkled in Carnival shades. Ingredients one package dried yeast ? cup very hot water half-dozen teaspoons milk (lowfat or regular -either will be alright), boiled and then cooled down. As this is a real tiny amount of milk, I like to boil it in a small to medium sized container within a microwave oven. I find it simpler to carry out than on the oven top. four or five cups of flour ? pound of butter ? cup of sugar ? tsp . of salt four eggs 1 tablespoon of butter, melted and cooled off or some Pam 1/4 cup of light corn syrup, for frosting (Or possibly, you if would like white-colored icing, quite simply combine one cup of powdered sugar along with 1/3-1/2 cup whole milk) Colored sugar crystals (purple, green, yellow), for scattering upon the cake Directions: Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees and grease a large cookie sheet, then set aside. Dissolve the yeast in very warm (not hot) water. Stir in the milk and just about ? cup of flour. In a big bowl, blend the butter, sugar, salt, and 4 eggs. Then, add yeast mixture and combine thoroughly. Steadily add 2? cups of the flour to make the dough, brush with the melted butter or spray with Pam. This will prevent the dough from splitting as it rises. Cover your bowl with a clean towel and position the bowl in a warm spot. Allow for the dough to rise for 3-4 hours or until about doubled in size. Once it has risen, punch it down and then prepare the counter-top to knead the dough. Dust the countertop and the dough with give or take 1/2 cup to 1 cup of flour to stop it from becoming unmanageable as you knead it. Loosely form the dough into a 3-4 foot long loaf and then design it into an oval on the buttered baking sheet. Pinch the ends of the oval together to form the oval. Moisten your hands if required to get the two ends to stick together. Once again, cover the oval dough with a clean towel and allow it to rise until doubled in size, which should be just around one hour. Remove the towel and bake for 35-45 minutes or until the top is slightly browned. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for around 15 and then drizzle the corn syrup on top. Pour on the sprinkles and enjoy this Mardi Gras King Cake!

Shoppers at Luxe Moroccan Mall Take Elevator through Conical Acrylic Aquarium Designed and Built by International Concept Management
Casablanca, Morocco (PRWEB) January 03, 2012
The cone-shaped aquarium with an inner acrylic cylinder housing a glass elevator recently debuted at the new Morocco Mall in Casablanca. Aquadream, the 31 foot tall (9.3 meter) acrylic aquarium designed and built by International Concept Management, Inc. (ICM), is the centerpiece of the luxury giga-mall along Moroccos coast.
ICM designed the aquarium to offer an engaging experience, emphasizing education and the importance of preserving the worlds oceans. To accomplish this, ICM designed and built an aquarium that would literally immerse guests into a coral reef environment.
The result is an aquarium holding 264,000 gallons (one million liters) of saltwater. The outside of the aquarium resembles an upside-down cone with a glass elevator traveling in a clear R-Cast acrylic tube to transport shoppers to the malls top floor. The five minute ride takes guests through a tropical reef, getting them nose-to-nose with sharks, rays, and thousands of other fish while educating them about ocean life.
ICM gained a wealth of knowledge when constructing the AquaDom cylindrical aquarium in Berlin, explained Roger R. Reynolds III, CEO of ICM and acrylic panel manufacturer Reynolds Polymer Technology, Inc. (RPT). Aquadream presented challenges in the complexity of the design and execution, but with our collective expertise, we successfully designed and built the aquarium to fulfill the vision of the project while maintaining our strict safety standards.
One of the challenges facing ICM was expected earthquake activity. With Casablanca situated in a relatively high seismic zone, safety was paramount in the design. ICMs solution kept the aquarium as a freestanding structure sitting on its own concrete slab separate from the mall. This cushions it against tremors and isolates it from any movement the rest of the mall may be experiencing during an earthquake. As testament to ICMs solid engineering and design, two small tremors rippled through during the construction of the aquarium without damaging any component of the structure.
Transporting the aquarium from the port to the job site also required extra planning and police involvement. A convoy of four oversized trucks hauled the outer cylinder sections to the job site at 3 a.m. with a police escort to ensure that the acrylic panels arrive safely and that motorists were alerted of the oversized objects on the road.
While the design, manufacturing, and installation were all quite technical, we had considerable experience to rely on to do everything exactly as it should be done, said Andrius Vengalis, ICMs on-site Project Manager for the aquarium, referring to other complex freestanding aquariums with an elevator in the design and earthquake-resistant aquariums ICM designed and built. Seeing the finished aquarium and the excitement from the crowds when the mall opened made all that work well worth it.
ICM not only designed, built, and commissioned the aquarium, but managed the installation in its entirety. That included designing, sourcing, and installing the reef in the tank for an accurate, functional, and safe replication of an environment for the fish; selecting and sourcing aquatic animals that successfully cohabitate; and designing and installing the lighting, filtration systems, and control panels for the aquarium. All systems have fail-safes that keep the aquarium running at minimal, but safe, levels until the full system can be restored, such as in the event of a power failure.
RPT assisted ICM in the engineering and manufacture of all the R-Cast acrylic panels used in the construction of Aquadream and helped with the on-site assembly. Because the finished outer cylinder was too large to ship in one piece, RPT fabricated it in seven sections. Once on-site, RPT and ICM teams bonded the pieces together to create the conical exterior. The inner cylinder arrived fully-assembled – from sister company RPT Asia, Ltd. in Thailand – which was then lowered into the center of the aquarium.
The exterior of the aquarium is nearly 40 feet in diameter (12.1 meters) at the bottom of the cone and nearly 44 feet in diameter (13.4 meters) at the top, with acrylic panels more than 26 feet (7.8 meters) tall and 4.7 inches thick (12cm). The inner cylinder is 11 feet in diameter (3.4 meters) and four inches thick (10cm). In total, the aquarium holds more than 1,000 metric tons of saltwater.
The state-of-the-art life support system makes saltwater using fresh city water and artificial sea salt while filtering 100 percent of the water every hour. The backwash recovery system allows for the reuse of aquarium water through a unique process which creates efficiency and translates into significant operational savings.
The aquarium will house nearly 3,000 aquatic animals representing 41 different species and is open to the public during normal mall hours. Guests may take an educational elevator ride through the aquarium to the top floor of the mall for a small fee or opt for a diving session in the tank.

As my 12-year presidency at the University of Maryland draws to a close, I feel immense appreciation for the many people who have committed so much of themselves to building the great university at Maryland.
University of Maryland President C. D. Mote Jr. I have been privileged to lead this expansion and am humbled by the enthusiasm shown by so many people for achieving the goal of greatness for the university.
An institution must be ready for change for true transformation to occur. When I arrived in Maryland in 1998, the potential for such development was clear. The university’s flagship status and location next to the nation’s capital allowed the university to collaborate easily with a host of talented partners.
The university has grown into greatness in many diverse ways: new, timely academic specialties; new partnerships with industry; new opportunities for students on campus and through internships, international study and scholarships; multiple, significant international collaborations; expanded services to the people of the state; and increasingly competitive students and faculty. The university now attracts a record number of applicants: 28,500 in 2009 compared to 16,000 in 1998 and its graduation rate has risen 20 percent for all students. The number of students participating in study abroad has tripled and will continue to increase. The university’s external research support is two and a half times what it was in 1998. And the university is undertaking its second private fundraising campaign, having raised more than a billion dollars in total private funds during my tenure.
The university has also grown in ways that are not easily quantifiable. New buildings provide state-of-the-art classrooms, research facilities and laboratories: the Jeong H. Kim Engineering Building, the Bioscience Research Building, Knight Hall, Tawes Hall, Van Munching Hall and the new Physical Sciences Complex, whose construction is just starting. New facilities have also created vibrant spaces for creativity, community and invention: the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center, the Comcast Center, the Stamp Student Union renovation and the Samuel Riggs IV Alumni Center. The founding of the University of Maryland College Park Foundation has changed the course of the university and its future.
The growth of key sites around the campus has enriched the university and the state in ways that we will see blossom in the years to come: the 124-acre M Square Research Park, the largest in the state; the international incubator and the 38-acre East Campus town-center project across from the North Gate have attracted dynamic partners and innovative vision. Combined with the entrepreneurial efforts across campus, these projects are contributing substantially to Maryland’s economic development. Nurturing a culture of greatness has been a goal that our community has embraced and driven forward with remarkable determination and success. At times the university’s progress has outstripped our expectations.
Patsy and I are grateful for the privilege given us to serve this great institution for 12 years. We look forward to participating in its continued growth in any way that we can.

President Obama promises to buy a Chevy Volt, after his second term
Remember how we wrote just the other day that the Chevrolet Volt is not President Obama’s car. Turns out we were a little premature with that declaration.
Speaking to UAW workers in Detroit today, the President said, “I’ll buy [a Volt] and drive it myself” in five years, “when I’m not president anymore” (catch the confidence in his re-election chances there?). Getting on the workers’ good sides, Obama said that the Volt proves that the “the American auto industry is back,” The Hill reports. He continued:
GM is back on top as the number-one automaker in the world (with its) highest profits in its 100-year history. Chrysler is growing faster in America than any other car company. Ford is investing billions in American plants, American factories – plans to bring thousands of jobs back to America.
Regular readers will remember that Obama has, in fact, driven a Volt before, just not very far. We don’t assume that his full-throated approval of the Volt will quell conservative criticism of the president and the car, the kind that frustrates Bob Lutz, but we won’t go into that too much right now. We do now wonder, however, what the 2017 Volt will be like.

VIVAnews – Android kini menjadi sistem operasi yang paling banyak digunakan. Google bahkan menyebut tiap hari ada sekitar 850 ribu aktivasi perangkat Android setiap harinya.
Executive Chairman Google, Eric Schmidt, mengaku jika Google semakin optimistis dengan masa depan Android. Eric Schmidt bahkan menyebut saat ini sudah ada sekitar 2 miliar orang yang online dari 7 miliar penduduk dunia. Ini dianggap Schmidt sebagai tantangan sekaligus kesempatan.
“Kami perlu realistis tentang teknologi,” kata Schmidt, di ajang Mobile World Congress, di Barcelona, Spanyol. “Masa depan, secara mudah, merupakan milik ‘ultra-connected people‘. Tapi, sebagian besar tidak masuk kategori itu,” kata Eric Schmidt.
Schmidt pun kemudian mengatakan, Google memiliki kesempatan besar di dunia maya, terutama dengan sistem operasi Android. “Jika Google melakukannya secara benar, akan ada Android di tiap kantong,” ucap Schmidt.
Walau begitu, saat ini yang belum online secara mobile mencapai angka 5 miliar, dengan 3 miliar di antaranya masih menggunakan ponsel fitur. Sejumlah jaringan di berbagai negara pun belum menunjang LTE.
Tapi, Schmidt tetap optimistis dan menyebut migrasi akan bisa dilakukan secara bertahap. “Konektivitas, bahkan yang paling sederhana mengubah kehidupan,” tutur Schmidt.
Schmidt juga meyakini perangkat smartphone akan semakin murah. “Banyak rekan kami yang mengerjakan ponsel di kisaran harga US$ 100 hingga US$ 150 (antara Rp1 juta hingga Rp1,5 juta),” ucap Schmidt. “Target termurah adalah US$ 70 per perangkat,” lanjutnya. (TechCrunch l art)

Shark Attack
It seems as each summer passes there is an increase in the number of shark attacks being reported throughout the world. Some would believe this must mean there is an increase in the number of sharks attacking people in the water. Figuratively speaking, an increase in the population could result in an increase in attacks and more people to damage. Realistically, it means our shark attack reporting system has become more efficient.
Your odds of being attacked by a shark in the water are quite small. More people are injured and killed on land while driving to and from the beach than by sharks in the water. Shark attack injuries are also less common than injuries afflicted on the beach, such as spinal cord damage, jellyfish stings, dehydration, and sunburn. More people require sutures as a result of sea shell lacerations on their feet than shark bites.
You have a better chance of being hit by lightning, dying from a bee sting or being hit on the head by a falling coconut, than you do of being attacked by a shark.
Most shark attacks occur quite close to shore in water 6-10 feet deep, on a sandbar or between sandbars.
These are areas sharks are known to feed in and they may get caught in low tide. Swimmers who are splashing and playing in these areas may be mistaken as prey. Underwater locations such as drop offs and walls are also likely attack sites as natural food sources also congregate in these areas. When a shark has attacked a diver, the shark has most likely mistaken the diver as prey or has been unexpectedly startled by a diver.
There are two types of attacks that usually involve divers in deeper waters; “bump and bite” attacks and “sneak” attacks.
These types of attacks are less common than surface attacks, but result in greater injuries and the most fatalities. “Bump and bite” attacks are characterized by the shark initially circling and often bumping the victim prior to the actual attack. “Sneak” attacks are characterized by the strike occurring without warning. Repeat attempts to bite are not uncommon and multiple or sustained bites are normal for these types of attacks making these injuries usually quite severe, frequently resulting in death. Rather than being a case of mistaken identity, these attacks most likely occur as a result of feeding or antagonistic behavior.
If you are a diver, here are a few tips to help you avoid shark attacks during your dive:
• Swim in a group. Sharks are less likely to attack a group of divers and are more likely to attack a lone diver. Keep in mind you should at the very least, have a dive buddy with you during all dives.
• Avoid the water at night, dawn, or dusk. Sharks hunt at night. If you love night diving, dive with a group and make sure you have a dive lamp.
• Do not go in the water if you are bleeding. If you start to bleed while scuba diving, attempt to stop the flow of blood as soon as possible. Sharks have an incredibly sensitive olfactory system and can smell and taste blood and other bodily fluids and trace the scent back to its source. Menstrual blood may also attract sharks, but there is no indication of increased attacks on menstruating women. Many women dive safely while menstruating and until controlled tests involving non-menstruating and menstruating women occur there is no definitive or scientifically proven data that states women are at more risk of shark attack during menstruation.
• Do not wear shiny jewelry. Shiny jewelry may look like small fish to a shark.
• If you see a shark during a scuba dive, stay calm, stay quiet, and stay where you are. Most sharks are merely curious and will leave on their own. If a shark begins to get too interested in you and is moving closer and closer, it is safest to leave the water. Swim quickly and smoothly, watching the shark the entire time and keeping your dive buddy within an arm's reach.

Who were the biggest losers of 2005? It’s a tough call, even for self-proclaimed “loserologist” Pat Reeder.
Since 1992, Reeder and wife/writing partner Laura Ainsworth have written The Comedy Wire syndicated humor service (http://www.comedy-wire.com), used by radio DJs and talk show hosts worldwide. They scour the world daily for news of hilariously humiliating screw-ups. With their prior experience in corporate training, they realized that most of these missteps could fit into one or more categories of nine basic, easily-avoidable mistakes, such as “Never Plan Ahead” or “Work While Drunk or High.” They codified these mistakes in their “reverse self-help” book, “Nine Hallmarks of Highly Incompetent Losers.” Reeder also does a humorous live speech for corporate audiences on avoiding the pitfalls of loserdom, and each year, the Comedy Wire releases its annual list of the “Top Ten Losers of the Year.”
Reeder said, “2005 was a turbulent year, where newsmakers were down one day, up the next. Winners and losers were often mixed up, sometimes in the same person. For instance, if you pondered the word ‘loser,’ you might naturally conjure up a mental image of Kevin Federline. On the other hand, ‘K-Fed’ spent 2005 sleeping with Britney Spears in a mansion and partying on her dime. Even if she dumps him, it’s rumored the pre-nup will pay him a couple million dollars, which should keep him in the lifestyle he’s inexplicably accustomed to for about six months, by which time, he’ll probably have married Paris Hilton. He’s a kind of winner disguised as a loser.”
“And we won’t know until 2006 who’s the big loser: Tom Delay or his comically zealous prosecutor, Ronnie Earle. See, confusing year.”
So after much debate and with a couple of caveats, 10 “winners” for the “Top Ten Losers of 2005″ were chosen. Unlike other lists that are released in December, the Comedy Wire creators always wait until January 1 because, as Reeder noted, “It’s never too late to come out of nowhere and snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, as our #1 Loser can attest.”
AND THE COMEDY WIRE’S TOP 10 LOSERS OF 2005 ARE…
10. Tom Cruise — He ranks this low only because he is a prime example of the “winning loser.” He had a hit movie, snagged a lovely if unlikely fiancee, and made far more money than you. But he also plummeted from box office king to “Most Annoying Celebrity” thanks to our Loser Hallmarks #7: “Lose Your Cool” (kangarooing all over Oprah’s couch, sniping at Matt Lauer) and #8: “Claim Talents You Don’t Really Have” (in this case, an expertise in psychiatric diagnosis, which is frankly just nuts).
9. French President Jacques Chirac – After years of sniffing that American leaders were stupid, violent cowboys for meeting threats with force, the French government at last got a chance to show the world their enlightened, non-violent plan for dealing with rioters. It turned out to be “See how long we can pretend we don’t notice the smell of smoldering Peugeots before finally sending in the cops.”
8. The Dumbest Criminal of the Year is always the hardest choice due to the abundance of worthy candidates, but rising below them all was a Nashville teenager who exemplified Loser Hallmark #2: “Don’t Sweat The Details.” She was charged with trying to hire a hit man to kill four men and steal a large pile of cocaine she’d seen at their house. Not only was the “hit man” an undercover cop, the “cocaine” was actually a pile of white cheese used to make nachos. The only detail she got right: it actually was an addictive substance.
7. The Music Industry – Battled ever-falling CD sales with a two-prong strategy to win back music fans: Bully them with extortionist lawsuits and infect CDs with computer-crashing spyware. What’s their next brilliant PR move, injecting every CD label with small pox virus?
6. “Runaway Bride” Jennifer Wilbanks — This story seemed to drag on forever, becoming more outrageous and embarrassing with each new twist, all because Ms Wilbanks couldn’t communicate five little words: “Honey, let’s postpone the wedding.”

President Bush – Had a tough year, as he was once again the poster child for Loser Hallmark #4: “Don’t Communicate Clearly.” His best response to months of criticism was to try to flee through a locked door. But to show what a seesaw year it was, Bush finally started defending himself and ended 2005 with his dismal poll numbers sharply rising. He was helped by…

The Democrats — Started the year on an upswing by appealing to growing anti-war sentiment, but once again fell victim to their eternal weakness, Loser Hallmark #9: “Bend Over Too Far Backwards.” By never realizing when they are going too far, they let “Let’s Bring Our Troops Home!” morph into “America Can’t Win!,” not exactly an inspiring campaign slogan. Note to Tom Cruise: these people might be running America if only Howard Dean would take Ritalin.
3. (Three-way tie) Former FEMA Director Michael Brown, whose handling of the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina set a new high water mark for Loser Hallmark #1: “Never Plan Ahead;” and Louisiana Gov. Kathleen Blanco and New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin, who nearly sprained their fingers pointing at FEMA despite being equally useless in both the aftermath and the beforemath. Blanco and Nagin are actually seeking reelection while Brown was wise enough to take a new job…as a consultant on disaster preparedness! We’re already reserving spots on the 2006 list.
2. Santa Barbara, California, D.A. Tom Sneddon — Spent millions of taxpayer dollars and months of police time, yet was somehow unable to convince just 12 people that Michael Jackson likes little boys. And he even had Jay Leno in court to help! Sneddon’s one great accomplishment in 2005 was to keep Jacko off the Loser List for the first time in years .

Roger Toussaint — New York City transit workers’ union boss, who made it all the way to one week before Christmas in happy obscurity before calling a Grinch-like bus and subway strike that decimated businesses and forced furious New Yorkers to trudge for miles through bitter cold. Illustrating several Loser Hallmarks, including #2: “Lose Sight of Your Goal,” Toussaint racked up huge fines and didn’t win any better contract terms, but he victoriously declared that the strike won “respect” for transit workers…which it did, if you define “respect” as “an eyeful of spit.”

Presidential Debate in Nashville: McCain v. Obama

The second Presidential debate was held Tuesday, October 7, 2008 – exactly four weeks before Election Day – at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. Belmont is a small Christian liberal arts institution (5000 students) near downtown Music City, USA.
This meeting was a 90 minute affair; the format was the ‘town hall meeting’ type of discussion with questions from the audience and several internet users of selected, mostly undecided, voters directly to the candidates with a one minute limit on a discussion period. (That was largely violated.)
The debate was facilitated by NBC newsman Tom Brokaw. He did a noteworthy job in directing the discussions – at times allowing prolonged debate from each candidate, at times chiding each candidate to keep within the time limits and on topic.
It got underway immediately with no opening statements. The first question concerned economics as did the preponderance of them. The tone of the questions at times reflected the mood of the nation – anguished, anxious, concerned. It seemed that after an hour the questions turned more to foreign policy and were directed primarily at the conditions in Iran, Iraq, and Pakistan. All in all the questions were excellent in their content and pertinence.
There was much at stake in this debate with Senator McCain having the most riding on the outcome owing to his recent slippage in the polls. He did a fair job though at times rambling or resorting to campaign rhetoric we have all heard before which did not necessarily answer the question or contribute to the discussion in a direct and forthright manner.
McCain did not come across especially strong on health care or on the credit crisis facing us. He strongly stated his foreign policy views and was persuasive in doing so. Overall, his performance most likely did little to change the dynamics of the race where Obama has taken a pronounced and troublesome lead over the last week.
Senator Obama did a credible job answering the questions, demonstrating poise under fire, and exhibiting his calm and eloquent manner. His stage presence was relaxed and smooth as he addressed the audience. He appeared to have a good grasp of the essentials, was organized in his responses, and was not in the attack mode as was McCain at times. But, he adeptly countered almost every parry from McCain with civility and intelligently.
Obama’s strong points were in the domestic arena including health care and tax cuts for the middle class although McCain convincingly warned of raising taxes on anyone. Obama was less than clear on the current credit debacle. He won style points in his display of self-confidence and ease with the audience which will be helpful in dispelling doubts as to whether he is ‘Presidential’ material.
Post debate analysis differed as it did last time. I watched MSNBC coverage – not out of love for that overly biased cable news outlet, but because I felt they would be most critical of McCain and favor Obama as they have done for months now.
Predictably, Rachel Maddow confidently stated “Obama won the debate.” She also related “Obama was not looking for a fight; McCain was.” She observed that when McCain attacked Obama, he seemed to be “swinging and missing” as Obama effectively countered his attacks. Pat Buchanan observed that McCain seemed to come to the stage with “more heart…calmer than last time” Pat said “McCain won the debate as he did last time.” Chris Matthews, a political junkie extraordinaire, did not overwhelmingly proclaim Obama the winner but seemed to favor him and commented on his disarming smile and eloquence saying, in contrast, that McCain, when he smiled, looked somehow sinister.
Of course, the vile Keith Olbermann, talking head of MSNBC’s ‘Countdown’, pontificated, ranted and raged, and generally discounted McCain as having even scored one point in the debate. He revealed once again his outlandish lack of any semblance of objectivity or any commentary without bias and vileness. He even commented that McCain “didn’t look like a well man wandering around the stage.” (How does that network suffer this ass?)
In this second debate/discussion I have to give the edge to Barack Obama. Some will say he overwhelmingly won the night. I don’t think it was an overwhelming defeat for McCain. The polls will judge the outcome in the next few days. John McCain desperately needs a boost. Will the debate give it to him or will it sink his campaign further? (Immediate post debate polls give a slight edge to Obama.)
Meanwhile, a third debate is scheduled for Wednesday, October 15th at Hofstra University, Hempstead, New York. Hillary country!

NEWARK, Calif., Feb 27, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) — Envia Systems, a technology leader in high-performance, low-cost lithium-ion energy storage solutions today announced test results that verify the company’s next-generation rechargeable battery has achieved the highest recorded energy density of 400 Watt-hours/kilogram (Wh/kg) for a rechargeable lithium-ion cell. When commercialized, this 400 Wh/kg battery is expected to slash the price of a 300-mile range electric vehicle by cutting the cost of the battery pack by more than 50 percent.
The testing of Envia’s next-generation lithium-ion battery was performed by the Electrochemical Power Systems Department at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Crane, Ind., under the sponsorship of ARPA-E. Tests at various cycling rates at NSWC confirmed that Envia’s automotive battery cell demonstrated energy density between 378-418 Wh/kg for rates between C/3 to C/10 for a 45 Amp-hour (C/3) cell. Similar cells have been cycling in Envia’s test labs for over 300 cycles. NSWC Crane will also test these cells to validate cycling performance. 10th Day of Christmas: Make new workout playlists. Pandora and Grooveshark can be great tools for locating new music and building a really rocking playlist that inspires.

Bets are in beads, doubloons, etc. When you are out it becomes strip poker Hope this is a mixed party. Take bets on who gets the King Cake baby. The one who gets it looses all clothes but can earn them back. The currency is how many throws you caught that day. Chicks always get more throws but rarely can play poker or drink much.
