Media Matters is ALSO a Charitable organization under chapter 501C-3, Which means it is Forbidden to publicly engage in partisan political activism, Which seems to be all they do.

Should they be reminded of their obligation to remain neutral?

Or Stripped of their tax-exempt status?
Before you argue that FOX is Partisan, I will remind you that they are NOT a charitable non-profit. They are a FOR PROFIT tax-paying media company

They have freedom of speech; they do not have freedom to avoid the consequences of that speech.
