I get the feeling the whole thing is staged…The situations and human interest angles are too perfect for “reality” but more like “reality TV”.If the workers don’t know the deal, then the company does some heavy duty research to present just the right employees for the right audience reaction….Sympathetic do gooder, chauvanistic manager…etc.
..The show says it tells workers they are filming a training video..After the first season, I’m not sure many employees will buy that anymore….
