The Band's Levon Helm dies at 71

Enigmatic drummer and baritone vocalist behind The Band has died at the age of 71 after a lengthy battle with cancer, the Times-Herald Record reports.

Often talk about channeling what's in the air, picking up on a collective vibe in the room and turning it into music.
