Question by subcumalot: Is Gov Rod Blagojevich being treated as guilty until proven innocent by the media?
He didn’t sell the senate seat and has not been indicted, tried or convicted of any crime. Even if he’s on tape, don’t “sellers” sometimes change their mind and decide not to sell something?

Yes, but that usually happens.
“Innocent until proven guilty” only matters in court.
